I would give Dr. Fathi and her team 10 stars if that were possible! Dr. Fathi was available to see me the very same day and treat me with a root canal procedure. She was kind, gentle and explained what she was doing. Her equipment and methods are state of the art. When I had pain issues a few days later I was shocked that she actually called me at home to check on me! She gave me a comforting explanation of why I had the pain and sent in a prescription. Her staff was wonderful as well. Kayla at the front desk was cheerful, empathetic and efficient. Dr. Fathi’s assistant Jennifer was friendly and efficient as well. Each worked together to make a bad situation with a painful tooth into a much better one! 👍 I highly recommend Dr. Fathi!

Dr. Fahti is the ultimate professional while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I went in for exam and root canal. She was patient in locating the source of the pain, explaining the procedure thoroughly, and completing it in less time than anticipated. Office has all the latest in technology. No pain during and even after feeling came back in the evening. Words rarely heard- a great root canal experience!

Incredible experience with Dr. Fathi. I went to her for two root canals. I was generally very afraid of it. She did a thoroughly evaluation, explained the options, and gave me time/space to ensure I had no pain before doing the procedure. What stood out was how much time she with me. I felt like I could ask her lots of questions and feel confident/assured I was getting the right treatment.

My sister recommended this Endodontist, and I must say that this is the best dental experience I have ever had hands down. I was greeted very warmly by the staff and Doctor, who welcomed me into her office and gave me a special thank you for choosing her for this procedure. I was very happy to find that the staff was very helpful in helping navigate me around equipment as I am blind. I am not very fond of injections, but Doctor Fathi was very gentle and used the perfect amount of numbing medicine that I didn't feel a thing. The procedure was over before I knew it. I would whole heartly recommend Doctor Fathi services and staff to anyone. Getting a dental procedure is never something to look forward too but the outstanding service and staff made it so much nicer, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I had my first-ever root canal with Dr. Nava Fathi, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My dentist referred me to Dr. Fathi on a Thursday evening. She saw me for a consultation Friday morning and scheduled my root canal for the following Monday at 11:00. I mentioned that if anything opened up earlier, I would gladly take it. Monday morning, at around 7:00 AM, Dr. Fathi called to tell me that her 8:00 appointment had rescheduled and asked if I wanted to come in. Absolutely! By 9:30, the procedure was finished—and, most importantly, the pain that had brought me there was gone. She numbed my upper right tooth (#2), and I can genuinely say I did not even feel the needle. Other than the unavoidable discomfort of keeping my mouth open for a while, the entire procedure was painless. Dr. Fathi explained what she was doing as she went along, answered my questions, and was professional, confident, and reassuring throughout. Her assistant was top-notch as well. She also had a high school student who is interested in becoming a dentist observing and assisting. I particularly enjoyed watching Dr. Fathi teach her—she was kind and encouraging, but also clear and firm in her instructions. Dr. Fathi and I got along wonderfully. She has a fascinating background, and I came away hoping that the next generation of dentists has the opportunity to learn from people like her. Technical skill is obviously critical in dentistry, but people skills matter just as much. Dr. Fathi has both. Her office is immaculate, modern, and high-tech, her staff is excellent, and my entire experience—from consultation to treatment—could not have been easier. For my first root canal, this was truly easy as pie. I would recommend Dr. Fathi without hesitation.

Painless root canal procedure. Dr. Fahti is great, she tells you all your options, answers all your questions, and tells you what she's doing throughout the procedure so you have an idea of how much longer procedure will be. I have zero pain. So glad my dentist, Dr. Mark Watson referred me to her. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs to see an endodontist.
